She wasn’t able to join us today but I wanted to answer her question because I think a lot of people have this question. Her question is, “How can I focus on one thing when I enjoy making several different items that are in different niches?”

[00:00:58] There’s a couple things that you can do, Irma, and anyone who is struggling with this issue. I think this is one of the reasons that people really struggle to niche down, is because they feel like they’re losing something. I was talking to someone yesterday about how we so often measure what we are losing. So we’re measuring the cost of doing something but we don’t measure the cost of not doing something.
