Here’s What the First 3 Months Actually Look Like

  • MONTH 1: CLARITY & DIRECTION – We start by getting honest. What’s your core offer? Is your pricing actually working for you? What’s lighting you up, and what’s quietly draining you dry? By the end of month one, you’ll have a clear, realistic plan — not a 47-step list that overwhelms you before you even start.
  • MONTH 2: SYSTEMS & STRATEGY – Now we build the scaffolding. We’ll simplify your workflows, strengthen the experience your customers have with you, and put a strategy in place that supports both profit and your sanity.
  • MONTH 3: EXECUTION & REFINEMENT – This is where it gets real. We implement, troubleshoot the roadblocks that pop up (because they will), and walk away with a clear roadmap for what’s next.
    For Expansion clients, months 4–6 shift into review, growth planning, and forward strategy — making sure what we built actually sticks.
VIP EXPERIENCE

Need to Solve One Big Thing, Fast?

Not everyone needs three to six months of ongoing coaching. Sometimes you just need to get unstuck — on a launch, a pricing decision, a business model pivot, or a “I don’t even know what to do next” moment.

The VIP Intensive is one focused, 5-hour deep-dive session (with prep beforehand so we make the most of our time), plus a clear action plan and light follow-up support afterward.

If you’re new to working with me, the Foundations Package is the best starting point — it gives us room to actually dig into your business.

Totally okay — Crochetpreneur Business Academy is a great place to build your foundation first, and many people move into 1:1 coaching once they’ve got the basics in place.
