SOAR:

The Crochet Business Retreat

June 25 - June 28, 2020
Colorado Springs, CO

Your business. Your retreat.

SOAR. 2020. is a three-day event devoted to you and your business.

Unlike the long days of workshops and never-stop activities you’d expect from a fiber arts conference, this weekend is designed with short deep-dive lessons, opportunities for one-on-one and small group coaching, and the time and space you need to implement what you’ve learned and gain momentum in your business while leaving the worries and responsibilities of home behind.

Bring your laptop, your notebook, and your favorite coffee mug and be prepared to work your little heart out in the company of like-minded, action-taking crochet business owners.

There’s nothing more motivating and energizing than being in the company of others who “get it” and who speak Crochetpreneur®, just like you.

learn from industry experts

Each morning, we'll start the day with a deep-dive lesson of interest to all crochet business owners. Whether you're a maker, designer, or blogger, you'll get insider tips you need to know! Speakers will be announced soon.

Choose one-on-one or Group coaching

Then, we'll move into a time of free-work and coaching. Meet either one-on-one or with a group for encouragement and brainstorming that will help propel your business to more income and impact.

make real progress on your goals

The rest of the day will be your time to focus on gaining momentum and crushing your goals for the weekend. You'll head home knowing you've accomplished something BIG!

Retreat FAQs

Here are the answers to your most of your questions

If you are a crochet business owner with an online component, this crochet business retreat is for you. You’ll be setting your own goals and working toward them during this time of focused work. Start your blog, set up a marketing funnel, work on creating a digital project or pattern. You get to choose your focus and, then, crush your goals over the course of these 4 days.

While the retreat will be held at a hotel, your overnight accommodations are not included in the price of the retreat ticket. We have, however, reserved a block of rooms at a reduced rate. The link to purchase from that block will be added here as soon as it is available.

You are free to book your overnight stay wherever you choose, but we’d love to have you stay at the retreat space so we can connect and hang out the whole weekend!

A private Facebook group will be created for attendees to network beforehand and, even, arrange to mitigate hotel costs by sharing a room.

We love supporting mompreneurs and mommy makers. However, at this time, due to the nature of the retreat (a time to focus on productivity), all attendees at event activities must be over the age of 16.

If you’d like to bring your child, along with an adult caretaker, or your entire  family, you are welcome to do that as long as they are occupied away from the retreat activities in the hotel meeting room, lobby, and library between the hours of 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

If you have any special dietary needs or allergies, we will do everything we can to accommodate those needs. Prior to the event, we will send an attendee questionnaire. Be sure to fill it out and give us all the details so we can relay them to our catering department.

Oh, we would love to see you but, at this time, all retreat activities are reserved for ticketed attendees only.

All ticket purchases are non-refundable. However, you can sell and/or transfer your ticket prior to May 24, 2020.

No transfer shall be considered complete until it is reported, by the original purchaser, to [email protected], and the attendee questionnaire completed by the new ticket-holder.

At this time, we do not have scholarships available. The logistics of managing them would just be too much for our small team. We will consider them for future events, though.

We’re so excited to work with our event sponsors! Please email [email protected] for information on event sponsorship opportunties.

Absolutely, large or small, we’d love to hear how your business can support our attendees. Please email [email protected]

If your question wasn’t answered here, feel free to email [email protected] with any question you might have.
