14-Day Conditional Money-Back Guarantee for Monthly Membership Plan

At Montgomery Grice Enterprises, Inc DBA Crochetpreneur®, we are committed to providing exceptional value and quality in our membership program. We understand the importance of making an informed decision, and that’s why we offer a 14-Day Conditional Money-Back Guarantee for our monthly membership plan subscribers.

Eligibility Criteria:

  1. Applicability: This guarantee applies exclusively to customers who have subscribed to the monthly payment plan of our membership. Please note, there is no refund available for members who opt for the lump-sum payment option.
  2. Completion of Phase 1: To be eligible for this guarantee, members must fully complete all lessons in Phase 1 of our program within the first 14 days of their membership.
  3. Proof of Completion: Members seeking a refund must provide evidence of their completed work in Phase 1. This substantiation is vital to process the refund.
  4. Assessment of Value: The request for a refund should be based on the member’s assessment that the program will not provide them with the anticipated value.

Process:

Members who have met all the above criteria and wish to request a refund must do so within 14 days of their membership start date. The request should be submitted in writing to our support team at [email protected].

Upon receiving the request, our team will review the provided evidence of completed work and, if all conditions are met, will process the refund of the first month’s payment. Please note that the refund process might take a certain number of days to complete.

Additionally, on issuing the refund, the member’s subscription to our program will be cancelled.

We strive to offer a transparent and fair guarantee to our members, ensuring that they can embark on their learning journey with confidence and peace of mind.

For any queries or further information regarding our 14-Day Conditional Money-Back Guarantee, please feel free to contact our support team.

Refund and Return Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products and services, we DO NOT offer any refund or returns for any products or services purchased using the single-pay, annual renewal option.

Please note: If you opted for the annual-membership monthly payment option, anytime after the 14-day conditional guarantee period, you are required by law to complete the entire 12-month obligation of that plan. We reserve the right to seek recovery of any monies remaining unpaid via our Collection Agency. If you have any questions about our Refund and Return Policy, please send an email to [email protected] and we will be happy to assist you.

To cancel your month-to-month membership, email [email protected] at least 24-hours prior to any scheduled renewal payment. Cancelling your PayPal or Stripe payments does not cancel your account – you MUST follow the instructions in the “Cancellation” lesson in the “Start Here” portion of the CBA modules to be released from payment obligations.

Payments

You represent and warrant that when making purchases from MGE that any credit card or payment information you give us is accurate and complete; and, any charges incurred by you will be honored by your financial institution or credit card company; and, you will pay the charges incurred by you, including any and all taxes; and, if your payment method is not honored for any reason, you will still pay any incurred charges, including any surcharge we may incur due to the failed payment.

You must provide current, complete, and accurate billing and credit card information. You must promptly update all billing information (such as billing address, card number, and expiration date) to keep your account current, complete, and accurate, and you must promptly contact us if your credit card is lost or stolen, or if you become aware of a potential breach of account security (such as an unauthorized disclosure or use of your Sign-In Name or Password).

Instructions for changing your billing details are included inside your student resources “Start Here” module.

You hereby authorize MGE, Pamela Grice, and the Crochetpreneur Business Academy to obtain or determine updated or replacement expiration dates for your credit card in the event that the credit card you provided us expires. We reserve the right to charge any renewal card issued to you to the same extent as the expired card. If payment is not received from your credit card issuer, you hereby agree to pay all amounts due upon demand. You agree to pay all costs of collection, including attorney’s fees and costs, on any outstanding balance. All charges are in USD. In certain instances, the issuer of your credit card may charge you a foreign transaction fee or related charges, which you will be responsible to pay. You are advised to check with your bank and credit card issuer for details.

Membership Types (as of January 26, 2024)

Crochetpreneur Business Academy® Annual Membership – An annual membership is valid for 365 days from the date you join. You may enroll with an annual membership and pay in full when joining or make 12-monthly payments. Your annual membership will renew automatically and you will receive a series of notification emails before that renewal date to alert you of the pending membership renewal in order to allow you to cancel, if that is your desire. Upon cancellation or lapse of membership, your access to all Crochetpreneur Business Academy resources and bonus materials will be terminated immediately. If your membership lapses and you wish to rejoin, you will be required to join as a new member at the current membership price at the time of re-enrollment.

Members who join on the 12-monthly payments plan will renew on a month-to-month, cancel anytime basis only AFTER they’ve completed their first 12 months of membership.

Why 12 months? At CBA®, we are deeply committed to your long-term success. Building a profitable business is a journey that takes time, dedication, and persistence. This is why we require a 12-month commitment for our program. It’s not just a policy; it’s a reflection of our belief in the transformative power of perseverance. We understand that the path to realizing your dreams may have its challenges, but we are here to guide and support you every step of the way. Our commitment is to ensure that you don’t give up at the first sign of a hurdle. Instead, with consistent encouragement and expert coaching, we empower you to overcome obstacles and stay the course. This period is an essential investment in your future success, giving you the time and space to truly embed the skills and strategies needed to thrive in your crochet business.

Workshops – Workshops like the Hobbypreneur to Crochet CEO Challenge, Holiday Prep Workshop, Mastering Craft Fairs Challenge and others have a 7-day, no-questions-asked, guaranteed money-back refund policy that is measured from the first session of the workshop. VIP Experience upgrades are non-refundable.

For those who joined Crochetpreneur Business Academy® prior to January 26, 2024

Crochetpreneur Business Academy memberships are offered at two levels:

  • Lifetime (you will be charged a single fee for access to the resources for the lifetime of the course or, with the payment plan, you will be charged 12 monthly payments until the payment plan is fulfilled afterwhich you will no longer be charged for CBA access.) A lifetime membership is valid for the life of this product. MGE reserves the right to discontinue any product or service at any time for any reason. Your membership continues in perpetuity until this product is discontinued or disabled.
  • Annual (you will be charged a single fee recurring annually until cancelled or, with the payment plan, you will be charged 12 monthly payments to fulfill your initial annual enrollment afterwhich you will be charged the same fee monthly until cancelled. Once cancelled, you will no longer have access to CBA resources or bonus materials.)

Our CBA VIP program is offered at a single level:

  • Month-to-month membership (You will be charged a membership fee each month until cancelled afterwhich you will no longer have access to VIP-only resources.)

Recurring Payments

Members who have fulfilled their annual payment plan obligation will be moved to the month-to-month (or annual, if paying a single annual payment) “cancel anytime” membership.

Members of the CBA VIP membership will be on a month-to-month “cancel anytime” recurring payment plan.

By joining, you understand that the credit card information you provide upon registration will be charged each month on your monthly or annual subscription anniversary date until you or we cancel your membership.

You also understand that you are responsible for any missed or failed payments due to cancelled, changed, or altered payment information that you do not provide to us. We reserve the right to seek recovery of any monies remaining unpaid via our Collection Agency.

Failure to pay does not cancel your membership payment obligation. If we cannot collect your monthly payment, your membership will be cancelled by us and an outstanding balance will be placed on your account. You are responsible for all outstanding membership balances whether or not you maintain an active membership.

If you wish to cancel your membership, you must do so by following the instructions inside the “Cancellation” lesson of the “Start Here” module. If you do not wish to maintain a recurring monthly membership but would still like to access the Crochetpreneur Business Academy, please ask how you can register for an annual membership.

Termination of Monthly Membership

For members who are in the “cancel any time” phase of membership, you may terminate your membership with us at any time for any reason by following the instructions in the “Cancellation” lesson of the “Start Here” module. Your membership with us is effective until terminated by you or us. Your rights found within these Terms and Conditions will terminate without our notice if you fail to comply with any term of these Terms and Conditions. You agree that upon termination, you will stop representing yourself as a member. Additionally, you must delete or destroy any information or content (including all copies) obtained from the membership website. Copyrights, indemnity, trademarks, limitation of liability, warranty, and jurisdictional issues survive the termination of any membership.
