I remember when I first started growing my crochet business into something I would consider “big” – something that was consistently bringing in money and consistently growing.
I was so incredibly overwhelmed – so overwhelmed.
It seems I was running here and there putting out fires, trying to build something I could be proud of but lacked focus, direction, and accountability – going it alone left me feeling isolated and frantic.
Sure, I had Facebook groups to go to, groups of other bloggers, groups of crochet designers, groups of makers, but they were all facing that same ‘lone wolf’ experience and getting lost in a crowd when they’d ask for help or feedback.
It wasn‘t until I joined my first mastermind group that I actually experienced the power of being seen – of having a close knit (or crocheted) group of fellow business owners who knew, understood, and cared about the ins and outs of my business and who were willing to invest in my growth with their support, encouragement, and accountability.
Being in a mastermind was so powerful that I saw my productivity and focus explode. I got more done with less time and my business flourished as a result of this small-group energy.
That’s what I want for you, too.
So, I’m so happy to announce that Crochetpreneur® Guided Masterminds will begin again in March 2023 and you, as Crochetpreneur® Business Academy studen are invited to apply.

Note: This round of Guided Masterminds will take place March 2023 through August 2023 and requires a $50 refundable application fee to reserve your spot, should you be selected to participate, for this session. If it is determined that there isn’t a mastermind group that is a good fit for you (not enough members in a similar peer-group or you can’t meet at the time the mastermind is scheduled) your application fee will be refunded. If you are placed into a group, this application fee will be applied toward your first month’s dues. If you are placed but choose not to participate, your application fee will be forfeited.

What to Expect
Intimate Community
The power of these types of masterminds grows out of the safety, intimacy, and harmony the happens in small groups. As such, each group will be kept to a maximum of 8 participants.
Strategy to Help You Reach Your Goals
These mastermind groups are meant to be so much more than a social group. They are created to help you move your business forward in a way that wouldn’t be possible on your own. This is why we will be focused on starting the groups with specific intentions.
GROUP COHESIVENESS
The makeup of the group is as much a strategy as your individual plan will be. Once all applications are submitted, I will be analyzing each applicants current business and organize the groups in such a way that participants goals are cohesive and their experience will provide an atmosphere of mutual support.
Each participant is expected to have something to offer the others (including the sharing of one or two presentations throughout our time together) and this is accomplished by pairing members who are at similar places in their businesses and who have similar goals.
INDIVIDUAL STRATEGIES
While the mastermind will be built with intentional pairings, each individual business owner will have his/her own strategy for growth and profitability.
Once placements are made, participants will schedule a 30-minute strategy session with Pam to map out a course of action for the current quarter. A second strategy session will be booked at the end of August for Q3.
Weekly Meetings for Accountability and Support
Once groups are formed, they will meet weekly at the specified time for 60-90 minutes beginning the first week of March through August, 2023.
Members are expected to prioritize the group and attend each scheduled meeting which will be held via Zoom.
At the meetings, each member will be given the opportunity to share wins and struggles, to seek and receive feedback while providing the same to the other members. There will be an emphasis on the well-being, mental health, and authenticity throughout our time together and confidentiality will be strictly enforced.
Our weekly sessions will entail every other week checkins, brainstorming sessions, and peer-to-peer group coaching.
Pam will attend and guide each session and be availble for answer questions, offer suggestions, and manage accountability and culture.
Connection
The power of the mastermind comes from connections made among the members. While Pam will be there to guide and lead discussions, this is YOUR group and, to make it as easy as possible to make lasting connections, each mastermind group will have its own private Facebook group where you can make connections, ask for help and feedback between meetings, offer encouragement, and share your wins!
Additionally, all members of these masterminds will be invited to an annual, in-person Mastermind Retreat, where you’ll get to hang out with your mastermind mates for an entire weekend!
The 2023 Mastermind Retreat will take place in Canon City, Colorado this coming April 13 – April 17!
If selected to join the mastermind, you’ll have the opportunity to learn more about the retreat and to reserve your spot by March 15, 2023.

- You haven’t started your business yet or don’t know your niche.

- Applications are due by Feb 24th, 2023.
- Mastermind groups will be formed and notified by March 1, 2023.
- Once placed into your small group mastermind, you will receive a link to pay your addition first month’s dues of $100 and set up your subscription of $150 per month for 5 additional months. (If you are not placed, you will receive a refund of your application fee. If you are placed but choose not to set up your payment subscription, your application fee will be forfeited.)
